1. Seller information

ZZ Astrology is a trading name operated by Zoltan Zachar, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. Customer support for routine enquiries is provided by email only at support@zzastrology.com. Legal/business address: 23 Queensmere Drive, Manchester, Clifton, M27 8PY, United Kingdom. This address is provided for legal and business disclosure purposes and is not monitored for routine customer-service enquiries.

2. Products

ZZ Astrology offers personalised astrology reports and may offer other digital products in the future. Each product page describes the product, price and information required to fulfil the order. Personalised reports are generated using the information submitted for that report.

3. Astrology disclaimer

Astrology content is provided for personal reflection, education and entertainment. It is interpretive and does not constitute medical, mental-health, legal, financial, therapeutic or other professional advice. No particular outcome, event or result is guaranteed.

4. Placing an order

You are responsible for reviewing the products selected and the information submitted before completing checkout. An order becomes binding when payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, subject to any mandatory rights that apply under consumer law. We may contact you if information required to fulfil the order is missing or technically inconsistent.

5. Customer information and birth data

Please enter birth information carefully. For each report this may include a name or nickname, date of birth, exact birth time, birth city and birth country. If a report requires another person’s information, you must be entitled to provide it. Our Privacy Policy explains how this information is processed.

6. Prices, taxes and payment

The price shown at checkout is the price payable for the selected products, subject to correction of an obvious pricing error before the order is accepted. Applicable taxes and payment information are shown or calculated through checkout where required.

7. Digital delivery

Personalised reports are delivered electronically to the contact email associated with the Shopify order. Multiple reports purchased in one order may be delivered together in a single email with multiple attachments. Please ensure the checkout email address is correct and accessible.

8. Personalised production and immediate performance

Personalised reports are produced specifically from the information submitted with your order. Where applicable consumer law gives a withdrawal period, we may ask you at or before checkout to expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge any resulting loss of the statutory right of withdrawal once the legal conditions for that loss are met. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains this in more detail.

9. Corrections to customer-supplied birth information

We offer the limited correction service described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. An eligible correction is intended to fix one genuine data-entry mistake, not to replace the subject of the report or substantially change the information supplied. Requests must be made within 30 days of the order and may require verification of the original order.

10. Missing or deleted reports

We may retain generated reports and associated report data for up to 30 days after an order for support purposes. If you accidentally delete or lose the delivered report during that period, contact support with your order information and we will normally resend the existing report where it remains available.

11. Intellectual property and permitted use

Unless stated otherwise, website copy, original report text, report design and original graphics are protected by intellectual-property rights. Purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the supplied digital product for personal purposes. You may not resell, republish, commercially redistribute or reproduce it for commercial use without permission.

12. Faulty or incorrect fulfilment

If we deliver the wrong product, generate a report using information different from the information correctly submitted, or provide a corrupted or materially defective file, contact support. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Availability and technical interruptions

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, hosting, payment, email or other technical services may occur. If an interruption prevents fulfilment of a paid order, contact support.

14. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. To the extent permitted by law, ZZ Astrology is not responsible for decisions made solely in reliance on astrology content or for inaccuracies caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

For order, delivery, correction, privacy or refund questions, contact support@zzastrology.com and include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply to them under applicable consumer law. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction.
